What's tripping you up?

I feel like i'm bouncing from diet to diet and it's wearing me down.

I just don't feel as well as I used to.

I have some serious health issues that I'm working on.

I don't really know what I need to do differently, but I'm pretty sure something needs to change.

My family doesn't want to eat healthy food, so I end up making something else.

I feel like I'm doing everything 'right' but it's not working for me.

Cooking healthy food is such a hassle. It's easier to grab something premade.

I feel good but I'm always striving to be better.
